Business Cards and Logos and Site Mock Ups OH MY

This weekend was spent finalizing a logo design for my friend’s wife. It’s a surprise for her using a skull and some knitting items. She’s starting to ride motorcycles on track this year which is super exciting..

I spent a total of 6 hours at Barnes and Noble yoinking free internet and looking through all the design books. While i was there i came up with a business card design for Luie Zendejas (luiezracing.com).

I also came up with a posibility for my 785graphics.com business cards… using solids and my favorite polka dot trademark. I LOVE it.

Flash Banner/Slideshow

I messed around with Flash tonight a bit… was able to make a clean, light slideshow for LuieZendejasRacing.com on the homepage. I had some difficulty at first with the motion tween, but read a few tutorials and really got the hang of it! Can’t wait to play with it some more!

Hello world!

Well, it’s about time I start a blog! Over the past year I have begun my obsession with expanding on my graphic design ability and skills. I started out playing with Photoshop in Highschool, over 8 years ago! Now, my Photoshop skills are extensive and I’ve learned to write in XHTML, CSS, as well as use Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and a few others. My newest research is AJAX and Flash and really making my stuff interactive…. Keep updated on all of my little projects here.
